3D decoration
Premec has patented, developed and industrialized a new decoration process in its headquarters allowing to decorate plastic, metal, wood, and glass parts, but also fabrics with photographic quality and a very high abrasion resistance.
The decorable materials are:
– Plastic materials and fabrics: no pre-treatment is necessary. The parts are decorated as they are and the inks penetrate directly the plastic material getting a very high scratch and abrasion resistance as matter of fact the decorated design/graphic can be deleted only removing the plastic material.
Premec managed to set up the right materials fitting the 3D decoration process and enhancing its performance as regards both aesthetical results and scratch, abrasion and UV rays resistance.
– Glass, metals, wood, ceramic are to be painted before decoration.

Premec has been producing components using nanomaterials to get special technical requirements requested by the customer.
